How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Item must be returned within 7 days of your purchase in order to receive a store credit. Refunds will not be issued. Store credit is determined on a case by case basis as exclusions apply.

Please email office@curbmate.com to request a credit. Once approved, we will assign you a RMA number and provide a mailing address for your return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility as is proof of return delivery.

Return Exceptions

Special Order items cannot be returned. Items manufactured outside of a Curbmate facility or drop shipped directly from an outside vendor cannot be returned without that vendor's prior approval.

Merchandise that has been used will not be accepted for return.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your credit. We also do not credit back the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If free shipping was provided, the shipping and handling costs associated with that free offer will be deducted from your credit.


If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
